jahlxx
Hi. I have in production environment version 1.10.0.1466, and in test environment version 1.50.0.1479 I have desktop application, and run it from a computer, but sometimes run from a mobile phone or tablet. With this devices, in version 1479, the app is shown but can't do zoom in or out (fingers gestures). With version 1466 this not happens, and works ok. Any idea obout this? Thanks. Administrators Farshad Mohajeri Posted August 30, 2018 Administrators Share Posted August 30, 2018 Please check DesktopViewport property of MainModule. If all properties are at their default values then it must work.
jahlxx
Is this neew in this version? If yes, I haven't change anything, but the behaviour is as described before. What are the default values?
Administrators Farshad Mohajeri Posted August 30, 2018 Administrators Share Posted August 30, 2018 In my tests I can scroll, zoom and drag a desktop app on a mobile device. Can you test with a blank project?
jahlxx
I'll try. Perhaps some custom code (css, mainform script, etc) ?
jahlxx
ok. reproduced and tested with logindemo, with mainform set to mfpage in servermodule. same result. can't do zoom. It seems, the size is limited to the width of the loginform.

Sherzod
Hi, Actually, you couldn't zoom out, could you?
jahlxx
No. I can't do zomm out. I think is limited to loginform width. After login, the mainform size is limited to loginform width
Administrators Farshad Mohajeri Posted August 31, 2018 Administrators Share Posted August 31, 2018 In MainModule set DesktopViewport->InitialScale to a floating point value less than 1.0 such as 0.5. The less this value the more you can zoom out.
jahlxx
sorry, but don't work. it seems that only affects to loginform. once user is logged in, the mainform doesn't zoom out.

No, it affects the whole app. Example: InitialScale=0.1 MaximumScale=10.0 Tested on Android phone.

Administrators Farshad Mohajeri Posted August 31, 2018 Administrators Share Posted August 31, 2018 It also works. Can you specify your device type? Can you specify what does not work exactly? I can manually zoom out/zoom in and scroll the page using fingers on a mobile phone.
