Abaksoft
EMB preferred to return to 96 Dpi (by default). So, no more worries on the unigui side.
Abaksoft
Feedback for mobile deployment : SDK Android 1. Keep in mind that Delphi 11.1 installer don't set correctly your SDK paths. 2. Fortunatly, Delphi 10.4.2, yes it does. So, before uninstalling your 10.4.2, copy all SDK Paths from : Options > Deployment > SDK Manager. 3. An other solution, you can download your own java, sdk tools... https://youtu.be/QbIKcEmdrXU 4. Or the best solution : https://youtu.be/_DXtU_8QdVE

How do you mean? I'm unable to use 11.1 in high dpi. The forms designed in 10.4 are so small in 11.1 that it is unusable, the only option i have is to run 11.1 in Delphi dpi unaware mode, but that gives me the same ugly fonts and interface as 10.4 on a 4K monitor. No, a simple monitor LG 24MP48HQ-P / 23.8'' / 1920 x 1080 à 60 Hz (Wide) / 16:9 I think, you have to try : 1. Uninstall your Delphi 11 (and delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\22.0) 2. Install the new release 11.1 (wich came on 15/03/2022, without any Patch). 3. Let your : Options > User Interface > Form Designer > High DPI : to LowDPI (96PPI) : it came now by default. d.bernaert
Hi, No it's not a solution. I have checked with Embarcadero support. The problem is that when using the new Delphi on high DPI on a 4K screen everything is in high resolution, also the form designer. They solve this on the part of a traditional VCL application using VCL high DPI mode to scale up the VCL form designer. This cannot be used with Unigui as it messes up the components at runtime, so I have to leave this at LOW DPI (96). But that makes the form designer unusable, i can hardly see the different controls on the form. I have tried using the zoom function of Windows to soom in when designing the form but that is not workable. The only have 2 options: 1. By low resolution monitors 2. Use Delphi Alexandria in DPI unaware mode, but that gives me the same experience as Delphi 10.4 High DPI support was practically the only reason a renewed my license with Embarcadero. But anyway thank you for helping find a solution.
Tokay
I think better way is to by low res monitor for developping. I've used Full HD monitor and all works fine as on XE6 as on 10.4.1. In VCL, UniGUI and on the FreePascal.
molla2005b
https://en.delphipraxis.net/topic/5704-delphi-11-high-dpi-designer/ That comes pretty near to Option to design in Screen PPI but save in 96 PPI Just voted and invite everyone to do so. Abaksoft
Feed Back : I think the problem is not on Build 1560, It is on the recent Delphi Update 1 (Patch.R111.Patch1-202204273.zip), because, 1. Before updating my Delphi 11 (Alexandria without Update) Build 1560 have worked correctly. 2. I re-install Build 1555 on my new Delphi 11.1 (Update 1), same problem. Waiting for your expertise ...
