Sanyi
Hi! My application run on Hyperserver. It configured to 15 nodes, and the max usage is 70-80 user, also max 5-6 user pro node. 2 or 3 times pro week in the same time go all nodes to state suspended. Why? Is it a configuration or something. Log attached. Regards, Sándor A2021-02-03.log
Administrators Farshad Mohajeri Posted February 4, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 4, 2021 Hi, There can be two reasons: - A third party anti-virus software. - Pool settings for IIS are not done correctly: http://www.unigui.com/doc/online_help/index.html?hyperserver-isapi-module-mode.htm
Sanyi
Hi Farshad, I have no third party anti-virus. All settings are same, except I run the 64 bit dll version. It is a problem? Regards, Sándor

Administrators Farshad Mohajeri Posted October 12, 2021 Administrators Share Posted October 12, 2021 Hello Please analyze your log files. First of all, log files of suspended Nodes. Secondly, log files of HyperServer.
