Customer Portal/Team member credentials reset

Hi,

 

My colleague is trying to update his build but has forgotten his password and lost his email, and there's no "I forgot my password" option on the portal login dialog.  

 

There also appears to be no way to get out of this dilemma in the customer portal from the my administrator view.  (I thought about removing him and re-adding him afresh but it seems there's also no way of removing a team member entirely from from the customer portal once created.) 

 

Help would be appreciated....
