How To Increase The Width Of The Filter Box To Match The Column In A TUniDBGrid?

I am using the theme "uni_win11_polar_light". 

In the attached screenshot, the filter box's width does not quite match the width of the column and does not look nice.

How do I extend the width so that the right margin matches the left margin?
