One possible solution:

procedure TMainForm.UniFormCreate(Sender: TObject);
begin
  with UniContainerPanel1.JSInterface do
  begin
    JSConfig('border', [1]);
    JSAddListener('afterrender', 'function(){this.setStyle("border-color", "green"); this.setStyle("border-style", "solid")}');
  end;
end;
