How can I change TUniDBGrid header's font, font.size, row height ? I wanna use neptune theme, but thats huge font and row height, and need decrise thats.

this code result in screenshot. So, I wanna change rowheight. second screenshot after remove bootstrap from project. I mean betterview via bootstrap. But, need change size of header row height.
