Thanks! Well, Ext JS has a steep learning curve and you need to do lots of manual scripting to achieve your goal. Besides, you need to handle events on server side yourself which turns creating a web application into a big and long task. uniGUI brings Delphi's RAD approach to web development and handles lots of these tasks internally.
