Rules to follow for component developers

  • Administrators

Dear Developers,

Please try to comply with following rules before you post your components here.

  1. If your components are sold for a fee you must provide both a demo and a trial version of your components.
  2. Write simple instructions for how to install and use the components.
  3. If your package is not distributed for all versions of Delphi write instructions to how install under different versions of Delphi.
  4. Make sure you update your component when there is a incompatibility with a newer version of uniGUI or Ext JS.
  5. Use a proper version numbering system.
  6. As uniGUI grows, we may add properties and new functionality which may already be available in your component. This will not mean that we are in competition with your component. It will happen simply because we will be adding new features all the time as it was before.

If you have components which you want to share without sticking to above rules please share them here:

Thank you
