Vertical Scroll bar Please

I'm trying to get the vertical scrollbar in the browser to show up.  Currently I can only do it if:

1. Set AutoScroll to True
2. Set WindowState = Maximized

Easy to see the issue.  Create a project with the just a main form. Open it in the browser.  If it's bigger than the browser then the bottom gets cut off and there's no vertical scroll bar.

I've tried everything.

Why are you testing this way?

I'm sorry I don't understand the question.  That was just an example.  Here is one of the actual forms in my real project.  The issue at hand is outside of Unigui every web page you open creates a vertical scroll bar if the page is to big for the browser.
