Solution for UnimDbGrid Bug
After a lot of research on the Unigui forum, I realized that this bug is a recurrent bug in several versions and has so far been unsolved.
But it only occurs if the Columns Font property of the Fields is changed, and it has to leave the component default.
Setting the Font Heigt = -21 field will do the trick.

Remembering that this bug occurs only on IOs, on Android it does not occur.
The record remains.
