RTL property not working for UniTreeView and UnipageControl

Hello Farshad, if I set the RTL to true, the controls are displayed in the opposite sides, all controls become left aligned, the design time form does not match the run time form, all controls are flipped. I am using the latest trial professional version - delphi berlin 10.2
