unigui 1.90.0.1562: Failed Installation

when install unigui 1.90.0.1562 on delphi 10.4 dispalyed this error:

Cannot load package 'uSybEdit_R2023.' It contains unit 'uSynUsp10', wich is also contained in package 'uSynEdit_R2019'.

I am also having this problem installing 1.90.0.1564 on Delphi 11.1
