DBGrid action column image size

Hi, I've created a DBGrid with an action column in which I would like to put an image like this one:

This is a PNG picture 37 pixel height and 151 pixel width. So I've created a TUniImageList component with these dimensions, but when I run the application the image is not rendered correctly. It is like this:

How can I set the dimensions of the images?

You can try using CSS like in this post, by specifying the width and height properties:

Hi, I've tried this:

.x-action-col-icon {     
   width: 151px;
   height: 37px; 
}

but it doesn't work!
