Solved after disable all Window security.

First time try and install uniGUI. I try XE2 run as administrator (win10 pro) also same error. I also tried gave full control security right also same error appear.

I am currently trying install trial version on XE2 (Try both Rad and Delphi). Stuck at below error:-
