Solved after disable all Window security.

I am current in the middle of Testing. Search forum found possible reason is new Trial version needed. I will wait for new Trial to continue my testing.

Yes, I stuck at step 7 when Build first package uSynEdit_R2012. The above error appear after click build uSynEdit_R2012.

First time try and install uniGUI. I try XE2 run as administrator (win10 pro) also same error. I also tried gave full control security right also same error appear.
