The applications is in russian, but with Google Translate it is understandable.

 

It consist of two parts:

 

Making authorization via SMS. Part 1 - check your phone numbers

 

and 

Making authorization via SMS. Part 2 - the database and the program logic

 

 

The creator Stanislav_Panteleev is has done a pretty decent job with good documentation.
