unidbgrid - checkbox set visible/invisible

Hi,

 

I have a tunidbgrid with many checkbox.

But, i want on one column, to show or not the checkbox, if one field of the row is set to 0 or 1

 

ex

if FieldByName('fieldIsVisible').=1

  columncheckbox.visible :=true

else

  columncheckbox.visible := False

 

the others columns with checkbox are always visible.

 

How can i do this ?
