Error Installing Unigui 0.99.96.1343

Hi Farshad Now I'm having problem installing Unigui in Delphi Berlin, I dont' know Why with the last version of Unigui I'm having problem 

 

 

Here  the error I get 

 

MSBuildToolsPath is not specified for the ToolsVersion "14.0" defined at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSBuild\ToolsVersions\14.0", or the value specified evaluates to the empty string.

Why do you need to install this old beta version ?!

Use the latest version and build
