Image url / loadfromfile differences

Helllo, when filling and image with his "url" property, is not possible to fit the loaded picture inside control bounds,and maintaining aspect ratio of the picture.

 

When the picture is loaded with picture.loadfromfile, I can use "proportional" (and "center") to force the image fits.
