What's the use of TUniHiddenPanel?

Very new user here, so apologies if this is documented somewhere and I've not found it. 

 

Question: What is the point of TUniHiddenPanel?

As Example:   put a UniCombobox in a TUniHiddenPanel  .. and you can use the UniCombobox in a UniDBGrid-field ...  see Demo
