Ayuda como activo el vertical Scrollbar en el Main???

Me gustaria poner en el  Main activar el vertical Scrollbar ya que cuando tengo una forma muy larga esta no se puede ver utilizando el vertical Scrollbar.

 

Alguien que me indique como usarla.
