form method="post" in unihtmlframe

if i use:

 

unihtmlframe1.HTML.Append('<form method="post" target="???" action="..." onsubmit="return befehl()" ;.....

 

the action starts a new browserTab OR leaves my app (..close my app and starts a new page on the current browser-tab)  ... how can i solve this??

 

P.S.: the onsubmit should work allso ..
