TUniDBGrid keep multiselected rows

Is it possible to keep the selected rows of TUniDBGrid after dataset refreshing?

Or even totally unlink the connection between TUniDBGrid selection and TDataSet cursor position?

Thanks, that helped a little but I am not good at JS and ExtJs, so cannot understand how to extract rows numbers from SelectedRows to pass them to JS function? Is it possible to pass field values?
