How to Delete / reassign graphic data to Blob Field?

I take look from the Demos program in C:\Program Files (x86)\FMSoft\Framework\uniGUI\Demos\Desktop\Grid with Memo and Image\MemoEdit.dproj.      I can double click on any cell to edit the data but not the memo field (Notes) and Blob Graphic.     Is there any trick to delete or reassign the graphic data for Blob field?     Please help.
