which is the better mode to deploy an application developed with unigui?

 

between these 3 options:

 

- ISAPI in IIS

- ISAPI in Apache

- Windows Service

IIS is better in terms of thread management and task switching in multi cpu systems.

I think I forgot a 4th. option to deploy an application.

 

Can I deploy in a windows server one app. developed as standalone server?

 

With this option I don't need IIS and I don't need apache. I only need the port 8077 opened.

 

Is this scenario possible?

 

If yes, what about the performance of the app?

Hi,

 

Yes you can deploy an app like that. It's bettter to have it as a service so if a log out happened the app will not terminate.
