I Create a cache folder with 777 permisión in e:\www\xxxxx\cache\. I run application with: http://www.xxxxx.net/cgi-bin/Project3.dll And obtain this message: Cannot create file 'e:\www\xxxxx\cache\Project3\s6SFJN6WxnQS9\app_main_icon.png'. You can right click on the folder, select Sharing and Security then go to Security tab to make necessary adjustments. . Quote

NTFS is different than unix FS and not all FTP clients do it in a correct way when they change permissions on a non-unix FS. I lost more of five hours trying to give permissions (chmod 777) via ftp and never worked. Then, using the phpAdmin of webhost, I managed to set up the permissions and now it works. . Quote
