how do I prevent "scroll" fixed line a "StringGrid"

Hello,
would prevent the scroll of fixed cells that I set in StringGrid,
how I do it?

for example:
StringGrid1.FixedCols: = 1;
StringGrid1.FixedRows: = 1;

How to prevent scroll of these cells?
because when I have many cells would be important for me they stay
fixed, not only the color but also the behavior!
