dbgrid selectedrows bug

hello, multiselect is true ,selectedrows is one when i don't select the dbgrid any. i want to get the event to prompt the user when i don't select the dbgrid any,how to do it?

like:

if DBGridList.SelectedRows.Count  <= 0 then
  begin​

end；

i had do it ,and i am not sure that it is a bug, i only want to get a judge when the grid is unselectedall
