call another ISAPI DLL

Hello, I would like to know how you can call from an ISAPI DLL to another.

As you know every ISAPI dll is a web application, then the most simple way I think is  call with URL, Example  http://myserver/myweb/myapp.dll/?myparameter

I Guess that you would like to send parameter to the other ISAP DLL, then you must put the parameter you would like that the other ISAPI need

I would also like to know if you have to pass a parameter to another ISAPI as "SELF" for example, a typed parameter.
