Context Sensitive Popup Menu/ Right Click

Sorry, I'm new to using UniGui so forgive me if this has been asked.  I did try to search for an answer here.

 

I've seen the demos of using the Pop Up menu but I would like the menu to be per control.

 

I've tried using ControlAtPos but it doesn't seem to work.

 

Is there a good global way to associate PopUp menu with any individual control or do I have to do the MouseClick way?
