Seek in UniDBLookupComboBox

it is possible to carry out research in Uni DBLookupComboBox component, the tests I ran just noticed that it is possible to select the item with the mouse or keyboard.

in a large list is unfeasible can not enter text to search, like any other combobox does.

do you mean to have DBLookUpComboBox editable?

if yes, go to ClientEvents -> UniEvents and at aftercreate set sender.editable = true;

I just tried setting various combinations of typeAhead, triggerAction, autoSelect and forceSelection in Javascript, but i couldn't get it working either, i'm not sure why.

 

Being able to configure a UniGui combobox so that the user can type a couple of characters and the first matching entry in the drop-down list gets automatically selected would be a very useful feature.
