when applying a css to the items of a listbox also is applied to the combobox as I can avoid that.

Yes, because both share same CSS class.

In server module-->CustomCSS:

.cmprtl
{
 text-align:right;
 direction:rtl;
}

And in component-->clientevents-->Extevents-->onadded:

sender.addCls('cmprtl');

This is the way I use it, and this also very useful when you need :hover.
