Difficult decisions

Hi Pals:

Some of my clients asked me to use TLS 1.3 because they say it's more secure.

Mr. Fashad recommends using TLS 1.2.

I prefer to follow Mr. Fashad's advice, but I'm not sure what arguments to use to defend my position.

Does anyone have any ideas?
