Use a thread to populate a uniscrollbox with unipanels

How could I use a thread to populate a uniscrollbox with about 100 unipanels.

Such task must be performed in Form's OnBeforeShow or in OnCreate event.

I need to show the form and stay creating the panels.

Then use a uniTimer. However, it will not be efficient to create lots of panels when form is visible..
