How To Change The Decimal Symbol For TUniFSGoogleChart?

I want to change the decimal symbol for the TUniFSGoogleChart from a comma to a dot but I can't seem to get this done even when I set the ChartFormat | DecimalSymbol to a dot and set the Active property to True.

What am I missing here?

Note: The UniFalcon version is 1.1.3.35.
