Main account has changed

Maggioli SpA has acquired TINN srl. Lamberto di Francesco has a new email address, lamberto.difrancesco@maggioli.it, which replaces the old address ldifrancesco@tinn.it.
Is it possible to update the account?

Please submit a request through the support portal from the original email address and provide all the required information for the change (old email, new email, and related account details). After receiving the request through the portal, the account email can be updated accordingly.

The boss has forgot his password and the email account ldifrancesco@tinn.it is no more existing. New email account is lamberto.difrancesco@maggioli.it which should replace the old one
