eduardosuruagy Posted May 30, 2025 Posted May 30, 2025 I have several clients on a server and they are all using the same version of Unigui 1.95.0.1599 + IIS Today, out of the blue, a certain client complained about a crash on his system and it is happening on several different machines and in different places on the system. I am sending some information to see if anyone can help me figure out what it is. If you need the log files I can send them. Quote
Administrators Farshad Mohajeri Posted May 30, 2025 Administrators Posted May 30, 2025 Hi, Perhaps something has changed. From what I see this server has a little load so it can not be as a result of high load or something. Sending both Node logs and Hyperserver logs may help. Thanks Quote
eduardosuruagy Posted May 30, 2025 Author Posted May 30, 2025 After I recycled the nodes that were stuck, there was no more problem. I'm sending the log folder. log.rar Quote

Is there any 3rd party virus scanner / protection software running on the server? Quote
eduardosuruagy Posted May 30, 2025 Author Posted May 30, 2025 The antivirus it has is Windows' own, and it was updated yesterday, but I don't know why this customer is the only one complaining. Quote

Há algum antivírus/software de proteção de terceiros em execução no servidor? I still have problems with just one client and it complains almost every day. See in the image how my server is colored and with the dates of the 4th, what does this information mean? And in the second image, node 3 is showing that it has 3 active sessions when in fact there are none. Quote

eduardosuruagy Posted June 9, 2025 Author Posted June 9, 2025 There was a parameter in this client's system that was set to "IdleTimeoutSecs=90000" and I changed it to "IdleTimeoutSecs=900" and so far there have been no more complaints. That was the difference between them. Quote
eduardosuruagy Posted June 16, 2025 Author Posted June 16, 2025 It happened again today. Is there anyone who can help? Quote

See, the video shows that there is 1 active section in the node and when I open the screen there is no section and it takes a long time to close the screen. When I open another node that has 2 sections and I tell it to close the screen, it closes quickly. I don't know what the problem is with this client. I checked the files and they are the same. Another thing is that the configuration shows that only 8 nodes should be created and on the screen there are already 12. Gravar_2025_06_16_10_50_24_238.mp4 Quote
Administrators Farshad Mohajeri Posted June 16, 2025 Administrators Posted June 16, 2025 When there are purged or suspended nodes the total number may exceed maximum number in the configuration. Quote

Have you checked the video? Did you see that when I open a screen where it is suspended, when I close the screen the system freezes? And why are there so many freezes only on this client? Is there no way to analyze the log and check what is happening? Quote

Good morning Farshad Mohajeri, I'd like your suggestion and help implementing websockets. Do you think it's better if I have another server to use Unigui's websockets? Is there anyone on your team who could provide support for this implementation? I'm willing to pay for it. Thank you! Quote
