i have error where i build the project "[dcc32 Fatal Error] uniGUI19Core.dpk(81): F2051 Unit uniGUITypes was compiled with a different version of Ext.TExtComponent"..

Remove all files from previous version.

The unistaller does not remove files who are placed in these folders.

 

C:\Users\Public\Documents\RAD Studio\12.0\Bpl

C:\Users\Public\Documents\RAD Studio\12.0\Dcp

Yes. Those files are generated when you build packages and there is no need to remove them. However, uninstaller removes all BPL bindings to IDE.

2nd time workef.

My step:

1.uninstall bpl from IDE,

2. uninstall from Windows

3.Delete installed folder

4.Delete installed BPL FILES (ALBERTO SAID)

Do you have a folder named Extpascal under uniGUI folder?

Besides, make sure you don't have Ext.pas file somewhere else on your HDD.

The Delphi XE version is correct, but i've removed all "Ext.pas;Ext.dcu" files, which were in some folders, and now it works !
