Installed uniGUI - v1.95.0.1596, Now I can not compile in 64 bit.

I followed the instructions, installed to the default locations after uninstalling the previous version.

 

I have a project created in Delphi 12.2.  WIth my original install, I could compile the Project as a DLL and then Compile it as EXE.

Worked fine.  Now I get the following error in trying to run the EXE
