FastReport Enterprise with server/client components

Hi,

 

I had a call at FastReport about a problem and also ask the support for uniGui.

FastReport answered to look at FastReport Enterprise because it has server/client

components and can be used with Apache, IIS

 

Before installing this trail version the question...has anyone here already

tried this solution and is it working in combination with uniGui or is there

a other way the user can create his own report.

I prefer to create PDF files and send them to the client.

Printing is much more precise that from html files.

PDF creation uses the FastReport engine which works fine.

There are some examples in this Forum about how that works.

 

Client/Server objects from FastReport work fine but have some license limitations.

As far as I know there are only 5 clients that can view reports in the same time ( why ? )

Hi,

 

Well from within FastReport the user may create every report he wants. Because we also

use it to print wristbands the user must be able to make his own design.

 

I will take a look at license limitations
