TUniForm can't be called twice?

Hi

I need to call a form twice on the same procedure this form get some data and put it in variables and inmediately after has to do it again for other variables is there a way to do this because i've tried and it calls it on the first time but on the second nothing happens. I'm using version 0.91.0.980
