How to add checkbox column in a stringgrid

I need a column at the stringrid which is contain a checkbox for row by row. I planing to using this checkbox for select/unselect.

After getting checbox.checked value I want to execute some operation.

How can I do this via unistringgrid or unidbgrid?

I am a newbie too.
