Form Icon missing !!

I choosed an icon for the app and for the form but in the web there is empty place and no icon !!!

But you can use this:

 

UniServerModule.Favicon

 

for forms icon.

Simply select icon for the application only.

 

D2009> Project > options > application icon

 

forms Icon, keep it <none>, nothing to do.

 

works fine for me. no issue.
