NOP.

RTSP need protocol management from ffmpeg util to Html5 compatible codec feed. Browsers do not support direct RTSP feed.

And if you need many cams, it will never work in mobile. Is to CPU demanding. Hence, all video live feeding from IP needs hardware. Even using 2-3 cam from IP you will notice some delay and lag. Only if you have a very good graphic board and especial software to use it.

Just try OBS if you need many feed and convert to one big output feed to HTTP.
