bernaert Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 Hello, I'm trying to save the order and the width of the fields in a grid to a database. When I change the width of fields in web mode, when iterating through the columns, the correct width is returned. But when changing the field order in the grid, the order is not reflected when iterating through the columns. Is this a bug or am i missing something? Thx, Bernaert Dominique
Administrators Farshad Mohajeri Posted April 10, 2012 Administrators Posted April 10, 2012 How do you change order of fields, by dragging them ?
bernaert Posted April 10, 2012 Author Posted April 10, 2012 Yes, I drag them and I have a save button where I loop the columns.
Administrators Farshad Mohajeri Posted April 11, 2012 Administrators Posted April 11, 2012 Yes, I drag them and I have a save button where I loop the columns. Changing column order by dragging them in browser generates an event but this event isn't handled in uniGUI yet, so server doesn't know that order has changed. Workaround is to handle client side event on server side yourself . function OnColumnmove(oldIndex, newIndex) { ajaxRequest(this, 'columnMove', ['a='+oldIndex, 'b='+newIndex]); } Logged #1315
zemorango Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 Hi Farshad, Is there any new way to handle the columns index when draging columns beside the ajaxrequest?
Administrators Farshad Mohajeri Posted January 16, 2018 Administrators Posted January 16, 2018 Hi Farshad, Is there any new way to handle the columns index when draging columns beside the ajaxrequest? It is already fixed. You can use OnColumnMove event.
zemorango Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 Thank you Mr. Farshad, I'm still using version 1407, I'm going to install the last version right now, Thanks again
zemorango Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 Hi Mr. Farshad ,I Cant find the OncolumnMove Event in the UniDBGid, I've just instaled the version 1424 and I cant see the event in the event lists of the properties of object Inspector. I'm I doing something wrong ? Regards
