Validate forms, bind button

Hello, i read a topic about "validate forms - cool feature" and experiment with allowblank, regex, etc.., but how can i do to disable a button until validate fields, i read in ext js documentation about property bind of button, and formpanel property monitor valid, but i can't make it work...

 

anoter way it's checking field by field, this work, but how can i "stop" a button for send informacion, in another words, i check fields, one it's not valid, how can i abort process of button until user fix problem

You must use client side scripting to achieve this.
