locale-ar.js is missing

I keep getting this error in the log 

Ohotel.dll: 00000D14: 00:00:35 [HandleFileRequest[188.50.166.150]]:File not found: C:\Program Files (x86)\FMSoft\Framework\unigui\ext-7.0.0\build\classic\locale\locale-ar.js

What setting can we use for 'Arabic' ?

 

Or when "arabic" we do not change : servermodule.extlocale ?
