Licence expired 2019, upgrade to Complete wanted, must we renew expired licence first?

Dear Unigui-Team,

our first licence of your wonderfull unigui was a Personal Edition. Ended 11/06/2019. Now we want to upgrade to the Complete Version (mobile Version is needed). Our Question ist now: Could we Upgrade directly from the old licence and at which version we are in this case after the upgrade?

Hi raka,

You should use option FMS00302. It will renew your license starting from today (or your subs end date if it is in a future time). It will also upgrade your product to complete edition.
