How to use custom icon in a TUniActionColumn

I have looked for example code on how to use TUniActionColumn but there seems to be NONE

So what I would like to know is, how do I use it? I have tried but I can't figure it out. How do I get my own icon to appear in the cell and how do I set the action that should be performed when it is clicked. I would very much like a code example for this.
